Delivery Policy
The order is delivered to the client through pickup points or by home delivery, depending on the option selected during the purchase.
The delivery time is 72 hours and begins to count from the sending of the confirmation and approval email for the order, according to the delivery locations defined for each product, which will be specified during the purchase and order confirmation process.
The information provided by the client in their order must contain the personal details of the recipient: phone number and email; otherwise, the order may be held for a maximum of 10 days until the Customer provides the correct information.
Puroestilo may cancel orders in case of insufficient or incorrect data, informing the Customer beforehand for correction. If no response is received within 10 days, the cancellation will proceed without associated costs.
The client must check the external condition of the package and, in case of visible damage or degradation, note it on the delivery receipt or reject the order, preferably at the time of delivery or, if not possible, within a maximum of 24-48 hours after receipt, they must notify ayuda@puroestilo.com.
The recipient of the order will receive the shipment within the established timeframe, according to the location defined after the confirmation and approval of the purchase, with the signature on the corresponding delivery receipt. The recipient of the order must review it in its entirety before signing the delivery record.
Mandatory Procedure In Case Of Missing Or Damaged Product
Puroestilo recommends that the client check that they have received their entire order at the time of delivery.
In case of any discrepancies, they should refuse the delivery and immediately inform the distributor.
Puroestilo Customer Service may request any information related to the identity of the client or recipient of the order and proceed with any necessary verifications for the case.
