Claims


Any claim related to the products purchased must be processed electronically by email ayuda@puroestilo.com or through the personalized online attention provided by the Customer Service service. If the CUSTOMER is interested in any claim, they must contact us in advance through the communication channels established in the above and request the corresponding refund if applicable.

In the event of claims that result in chargebacks (CBK), the CLIENT's account will be disabled until the conclusion of the process. To reactivate it, the CLIENT agrees to pay in advance the costs derived from the claim process.
