Claims
Any claims related to purchased products must be processed via email at ayuda@puroestilo.com or through the personalized online support provided by our Customer Service. To file a claim, the Customer must contact us through the indicated communication channels and, if applicable, request the corresponding refund.
In the case of claims involving chargebacks (CBK), the Customer's account may be temporarily disabled until the process is resolved. Puroestilo reserves the right to inform the Customer of any associated costs, subject to prior acceptance.
