Anti-fraud control
“PUROESTILO” maintains a policy of zero tolerance for any manifestation of fraud, as an essential principle to guarantee our CUSTOMER a safe purchasing environment.
“PUROESTILO” reserves the right to suspend or cancel the execution and delivery of an order, regardless of its nature and degree of execution, in the event of fraud, consummated or attempted.
The CLIENT's order may be postponed for anti-fraud control. It may also be suspended for a longer period of time to conduct a more rigorous investigation and prevent fraudulent transactions.
The CUSTOMER and/or recipient is warned of being exposed to legal proceedings in the event of claims initiated due to chargeback fraud.
Within the framework of the fight against Internet fraud, data related to the CLIENT's order may be communicated to third parties authorized by law or designated by “PUROESTILO” for the sole purpose of verifying the identity of the CLIENT, as well as the validity of the order, the means of payment used and the planned delivery.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The T&C expressed here will be subject to the laws in force in Canada on the matter. Any dispute, agreement or mediation will be resolved in the Canadian Jurisdiction system.

“PUROESTILO” neither its affiliates nor its directors, to the best of its knowledge, are controlled by a person and/or entity that is currently subject to sanctions administered by the United States of America, the Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”) of the Department of the Treasury, the United Nations Security Council, the European Union or other relevant and validly recognized sanctions authority.
